Comfort, Longevity and Life-Long Joy is at the Core of Our Practice

Comfort, Longevity and Life-Long Joy is at the Core of Our Practice

We take the time to fully assess your entire musculoskeletal system, even if you come to us with one specific complaint. As it turns out, one pain point is often indicative of something deeper. By using a whole-body, hands-on approach, we consider how each part of the body supports and works in concert with your entire skeletal structure. This method allows us to pinpoint the source of discomfort (which can be pretty surprising!) and prevent this breakdown from happening in the first place.

At Inspire Motion, We
Consider Ourselves More
Than Just Physical Therapists

At Inspire Motion, We Consider Ourselves More Than Just Physical Therapists

We are teachers, too. Our goal is to give you the tools to heal, saving you both time and money. With regular visits, we’ll teach you how to care for your body, how to heal and how to become stronger over time. We pride ourselves in being highly approachable and available between visits, and aim to provide you with the time and highest quality care you deserve.

About
Natasha

Natasha grew up in a small town in Southern Illinois with 3 younger siblings and her parents. Her family is very medically inclined with her father being an orthopedic surgeon and her mother a nurse, and 2 of her siblings are in their residencies for general surgery. Natasha’s educational background consists of attending a small two-year liberal arts college in rural Nevada, MO at Cottey College and then transferring into the Saint Louis University’s Doisy College of Health Sciences to complete her Doctor of Physical Therapy.

While in college, Natasha met her husband Jeff and after completing their graduate education they moved to New England to set down roots in Acton, MA. Natasha had the opportunity to run in the 2014 Boston Marathon which helped provide some insights into some common runner’s injuries. She also struggled with infertility and through IVF conceived and delivered 2 of her 3 children (1 child was conceived spontaneously). She also delivered all three of her children via c-section, again giving her insights into abdominal surgery recovery and the impact it has on the health of the pelvis in returning to normal activity. Currently, Natasha lives with her husband and 3 young children in Acton, and loves working for herself in her own private PT practice!
