Medicare: Initial Evaluation & Treatment
If Medicare is your primary insurance you can schedule your appointment under this option. We are not contracted with Advantage plans such as BCBS or Tufts Managed care plans. If your Medicare plan is managed by another insurance plan please choose the “Initial Evaluation and Treatment” option.
Medicare Follow-up Treatment
Follow-up visits consist of reviewing your current exercise program and updating as is appropriate. This appointment also allows for discussion of your current progress and what is or isn’t working. Treatment will also usually consist of modalities, manual techniques, and therapeutic exercise.
